Mike O’Sullivan writes, produces and directs Provided However. In his spare time, he is a partner in the corporate department of the Los Angeles-based law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP.
Mike started Corp Law Blog in 2003, unceremoniously abandoned it in 2004, and has been telling himself ever since he should do it again. In a November 2008 interview Mike tried, but largely failed, to explain the birth and death of his first blogging effort. Hopefully this new effort will live longer and prove easier to explain.
